The Mayor and City Council will conduct public budget work sessions on March 24th, March 31st, and April 8th, at 6:00 p.m., in the City Council Chambers, 711 Pennington Avenue, Havre de Grace, MD. The purpose of the work sessions is to allow for interaction between the Council and Administration for the purpose of justifying budget needs.
